Terms of Service

These terms apply to every engagement with HostPioneers.

Scope

Audits, strategy days and monthly programs are supplied under a written scope agreed before work starts.

Engagements

Engagements start at EUR 3,000. Monthly programs carry a six-month minimum. Audits are 100% upfront.

No guaranteed rankings

We do not promise rankings or AI positions. We promise the deliverable described in the agreed scope.

Capacity

We take 5 new clients per quarter. Audit credit applies if a monthly program starts within 90 days.

Data

Local AI agents on our own servers. No third party stores or trains on your data. The only part outside our control is the model API, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and only if you choose one.
